Documentation

Molding Documentation

Is used mainly for communcation and information sharing purposes. The communications invovle the customers, design department, manufacturing department, and lamination division for the final mould tests. Based on the complexity of the lamination product and the mold style, the progress and lead time vary. The documentation and reference drawings can help us to control the real progress for the mold.

Stamping regulation and description form

helps us to communicate with our customers in the specification of stamping mold, such as the lamination size, the choices of mold material, the number of rows, the out feed options and directions, the press machine specification, and some relative orders for facility. The information needs to be defined at the moment of placing PO. It prevents the mis-communication and helps our design department to confirm every detail of mold. For further information needs to be noted, the remark blank is for the description.

Time Table

needs to be defined in order to control each processing time. The processing time is estimated from the discussion with manufactring department and our processing suppliers. It could vary based on the clompexity of the processing. It also varies by the lead time that our customers allow. In the table, we carefully define each processing step in details to reflect the real conditions.

Maintenance books are in 3 catagories. They describe the way to maintain our mould. They are attached with our Part Drawings and Assembling Drawings book.

The 3 catagories are defined as

Traditional Die is defined as loose lamination without interlocking or autoskewing function. Self-Retaining Die is interlocking but no skewing. Rotation Self-Retaining Die is for interlocking and autoskewing. According to the customers' order, we will attach one copy with the Parts and Assembling Drawings book along with the mould.

There are some other forms that we use for processing notes with our suppliers. The design department will provide the required form to follow up the progress of each process. The Sample Inspection is made according to the variation of lamination.

If you are really interested about our quality control documentation, please CONTACT US . We will have a specialist to explain the processes and control forms.
