There are 5 H-type high speed press machines, 6 hydraulic press machines, 2 Notching press machines, and up tp 40 molds in our factory. The lamination sizes are listed in Exisiting Lam Size page. Most of our molds are autostacking and autoskewing for precisely combination as a pack. Semi automation system transfers the stator packs by conveyors to hydraulic press machines.
The hydraulic press then press the pack to the desired height dimensions. After the sizing processes, we pack the stators in the containers and ship them to the customers/wiring companies or pack them in the shipping cargo for overseas customers. We coordingate with the cooper wiring companies and die-casting companies. As the SPM is up to 350 stamps per minute, we can offer the speedy lamination service. The cooperateion and communication with other manufacturing services is strong, and most jobs are well done in respect to lead time and quality. The overseas service scope for our lamination service is south Asia and Mainland China.
The lamination material is mainly from China Steel and Japan. The material thickness is about 0.35mm to 0.50mm with reasonable tolerance. Our quotation is mainly based on the material cost, processing cost, and shipping cost. Normally the quoting price is varied due to the material. We also provide the lamination service by your own private moulds. The list of Existing Lam Size is the sizes of our common use moulds. In order to meet the customers requirement, we also make the Progressive Stamping Dies for the customers who need their own molds. Not only focusing on the progressive lamination, we are now extending the service scope to notching lamination, started in 2004. The notching lamination serves the bigger motor companies such as power generators, elevators, and some special machining motors. Since the notching lamination products are much bigger and heavier, we are now not supporting the notching lamination overseas.
